Testedview ("we", "us") provides AI lead-response agents, marketing and website services. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, business website and your messages (website chat and email).
• Conversation history with our assistant, so we can continue the conversation and follow up.
• Basic technical data: pages visited and a random session identifier stored in your browser.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, prepare demos and quotes, and provide our services.
• To follow up about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.

AI processing

Our assistant uses AI models from third-party providers (such as Anthropic and Cloudflare) to understand and reply to messages. Messages are sent to these providers only to generate replies. A human on our team reviews conversations that need personal attention.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (hosting, email and AI processing), or when required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and conversation data for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a client and it is needed for our contract.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to hello@testedview.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
