Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of testedview.com and to services we provide. Each client project also has a written proposal or order that sets out scope and price; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.
Free demo
A free demo is a working sample built from your public website content. It is provided as-is for evaluation, and you have no obligation to buy.
Services and payment
- Prices are in USD. Setup fees are due at go-live. Monthly services are billed in advance.
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Pay-per-result services are billed on the results defined in your proposal.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm the information we train your agent on is accurate, and you tell us when it changes.
- For campaigns to your own contact lists, you confirm you have the right to contact those people under the laws that apply to you.
AI output
AI agents can make mistakes. We design them to answer only from approved information and to hand off to your team when unsure, but you remain responsible for final commitments to your customers (prices, bookings, advice).
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
